Job overview

We are looking for an organised and professional Cover Administrator and Assistant to the Deputy Head to join the dedicated and supportive administration team at Rowan Preparatory School. 

You will support the Deputy Head with the smooth day to day running of the school and manage the coordination of cover due to staff absences.  

Applicants must be educated to Level 3 standard (A-level/NVQ) with GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent).  Apart from this it is the right personality that we are looking for to undertake this role.

You will be a morning person (7.30am start) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise under pressure. Previous experience in a school environment or similar role is not essential as full training will be provided, but this would be of benefit.

The role is part-time 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday) plus INSET days and 3 additional days during the holidays.   Further details can be found at Rowan Prep School
