Are you passionate about supporting children in a dynamic learning environment? Sutton High School is looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Cover Supervisor and Learning Resources Centre Assistant on a part time basis.
In this role, you will provide effective supervision of lessons in the absence of the normal classroom teacher. This will include registering pupil attendance, distributing and collecting set work, and assisting pupils with their learning.
As a key member of our vibrant Learning Resources Centre, you will provide cover for supervised study for the extended school day. You will also help establish and maintain a vibrant environment in the Centre, creating an attractive and purposeful space for learning.
This is a part time role, working 8:15 to 17:00 every Friday.
Good ICT skills in Microsoft and MIS applications e.g. Word, Excel, databases are essential, along with an excellent command of written and spoken English. Demonstrable experience of supporting children in a learning environment will be essential.
