Cover Supervisor and Minibus Driver – Full time
Required from September 2019. 35.4 hours per week (starting at 7.30am daily). Actual Salary: £18,360-£20,836). This is a temporary one year contract from September 2019-August 2020.
Patcham High School is an 11–16 comprehensive school of 1050 students, situated on the northern outskirts of Brighton, very close to the old village of Patcham. The school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and we are in an exciting phase of development to become ‘Outstanding’.
We are known for our innovative approach and we value professional training very highly.
Patcham High School is looking to appoint a cover supervisor who will also carry out a school minibus pick-up service. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team or on their own under the direction of the Assistant Head and Cover Manager. The role involves supervising pupils during cover and lessons and also transporting pupils to school in the morning.

The successful candidates will
• Have experience in working in a school environment;
• Have qualifications relating to working with children;
• Hold a full clean UK Driving Licence;
• Be responsible for keeping daily passenger and vehicle records/regular maintenance;
• Be a team player
