Job overview

The Governors are seeking to appoint Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible basis covering in classrooms across all subject areas where the teacher is absent.  Availability can be negotiated with the School for those who wish to work particular days of the week. 

This person will work under the direction of the Cover & Attendance Administrator.  Ideally suited to this role would be someone with excellent communication skills and a highly organised approach.  Interested candidates could also be required to provide cover for the school's Medical Room - in which case First Aid training will be provided.

About St Michael's Catholic Grammar School

St Michael’s is a girls-only (before sixth form), selective grammar, Roman Catholic secondary school with sixth form situated in North Finchley, London. It is a voluntary-aided state school that is part of the Archdiocese of Westminster. A smaller than average school, it will provide 920 places for secondary and sixth form students, when fully subscribed.

The school was established in 1908, became a Voluntary Aided Grammar School in 1958 and began to include boys in its sixth form in September 2009.
