Job overview
The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire, and Coventry. A further 2 schools will join the ATLP in the near future.
Cover Supervisors
Required from September 2023

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is going through an exciting phase of growth. To support us through this transition, we are seeking to appoint Cover Supervisors to work across our secondary hub of schools. You can decide which hub you wish to work in and what days you wish to work. You will have training on safeguarding, and behaviour polices so you have the necessary tools and skills to be able to cover classes in our schools. I
If you have classroom experience and enjoy working with young people, this is the role for you.
This is also a great opportunity to gain valuable experience if you are considering training to be a teacher.
The role is term time, so you don’t have to work during school holiday periods. Salary will be paid in 12 equal payments throughout the year.
You will be covering classes for a hub made up of several secondary schools, the hubs are as follows.
Sutton Coldfield/Erdington – Arthur Terry, Stockland Green, and John Willmott Schools
Coleshill/Coventry – The Coleshill and West Coventry Schools
Lichfield – Nether Stowe School
Salary: NJC points 9-22 (£23,194 - £29,439) pro rata per annum
Hourly rate of £12.02-£15.26
Pay point will be dependent upon relevant skills and experience
Hours: Full-time hours are 32.50 hours, part-time working is available
Start Date: September 2023
Location: Based within one geographical hub
