This is an exceptional opportunity as we look for someone to join us at this incredibly exciting time in the school’s history. The governors of this highly successful and oversubscribed 11-16 Voluntary Aided RC High School are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual with ambition and drive, who is passionate about improving the lives of young people. . This role is initially for 30 hours per week with a possibility of increasing hours depending upon duties.
As a Catholic Christian community, we offer a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to engage with wonderful students who are keen to learn, and supportive staff who have the pupils’ best interests at heart. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in or out of the classroom. Willingness and experience of teaching sports advantageous but not essential. May be asked to teach PE when the business need arises

St. Joseph’s is a Voluntary Aided mixed Roman Catholic High School located in Bolton and under the trusteeship of the Diocese of Salford, with approximately 890 pupils enrolled, aged 11 to 16. We are also a designated Sports College with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust. We were established in 1963 and will be celebrating our Golden Jubilee in 2013.
