About the role:  The Leigh Academy are keen to grow the current team of Cover Supervisors; we now have additional roles available and the successful candidates will to join the strong department that we have developed over time. The successful candidates will report to the Cover Manager, will be responsible for ensuring good behaviour of our students and make sure students engage in their learning during short-term absence of teachers.  Excellent inter-personal skills are required.  This post is ideal for graduates with an interest in developing a career in teaching as the experience you can gain from this is first-hand, and you will be involved in a range of subjects.  We offer full training to successful candidates before you start in the role.  

The working basis of this role is 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, during Term Time + 1 additional week of inset days, on a permanent basis.  Please consult the Job Description by clicking here for an overview of the duties and responsibilities of this role.
