Cover Supervisor

Are you a proactive and engaging individual with excellent classroom management skills, ready to step in and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences? Do you excel at motivating students and maintaining a constructive working environment across various subjects? The overall purpose of this post is to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.

We are an Ofsted Good rated, 11-18 academy, with a thriving sixth form and a campus undergoing a transformation, based in the friendly, South Yorkshire town of Doncaster.

We have also recently achieved our Eco Schools award along with our Leading the Way award for meeting all eight Gastsby Benchmarks to support employability for our students.
