Cover Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and capable individual to join our thriving cover team, supporting teaching and learning across all areas of the School. You will supervise whole classes across the curriculum areas of the school during short-term absence of teachers, responding to questions and generally assisting pupils in undertaking set activities. With your support, students, regardless of their social or cultural background, will be motivated to succeed and be supported to maximise their learning and progress. You will also be a member of our tutor team. This very rewarding position allows you to develop excellent relationships with your tutees, rewarding their successes and supporting them when they are finding things challenging. Above all else you must passionately believe that every child should have the opportunity to attend University when they leave us.

You will need to be a patient individual with a passion to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to succeed. You must have a firm belief that consistency, high expectations and clear routines are fundamental to the success of our students.
