(37 hrs p/wk), term time only, plus 5 INSET days.
The Heath School is seeking to appoint two highly motivated Cover Supervisors who, under the direction of teachers/senior staff, will provide in class supervision of pupil learning, manage pupil behaviour and work under teacher direction to produce suitable resources for cover supervision. The post holder would be expected to provide cover supervision for any absent teacher for up to a maximum of ten consecutive days, including the first three days of a teacher absence.
Our school has been an extremely popular choice for students and parent/carers for many, many years. We are oversubscribed with over 1200 students on roll. Outcomes have been extremely positive, and students have moved on to achieve their aspirations. However, we do not pride ourselves only on our academic performance but on our student-centred approach and the range of opportunities we provide our students through our curriculum and through our extra-curricular offer.
