Temporary for 1 year, term time only, 28.33 hours per week

As a Cover Supervisor you will provide support to pupils of all abilities and ages – ensuring an absolute commitment to their safety and wellbeing while assisting them to learn.  You will believe in our ethos of “working together”. You are imaginative and energetic and want to make a difference to the life-chances of all the pupils in your care.  

Kings’ School is a happy and ambitious community school, catering for 11 to 16 year olds. We offer a friendly, supportive working environment with our Cover Supervisor Team and can provide good opportunities for career progression in education and teaching, if desired.

The ability to converse at ease with pupils and the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post which will be assessed at interview.

We are absolutely committed to safeguarding our children and our recruitment procedures are rigorous in this respect.  This post will require an Enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service and, where appropriate, checks against the NCTL teacher prohibition list.
