We are seeking to appoint an individual who is passionate about delivering high quality education to all young people. This role would be ideal for those wanting to pursue a career in teaching and would act as the ideal preparation and experience for those applying to complete teaching training.

We take a collaborative view of learning where good practice is shared through a structured INSET programme within school and across the Trust. The Royal Liberty School is a small comprehensive, 11-16 school for boys, located close to Gidea Park Station. We pride ourselves on our strong 

Sense of community and the excellent behaviour of the students.  

Our results have shown impressive improvement over the last 3 years with the majority of subjects consistently above national average;
