Job overview

We are looking for candidates who would have an interest in working for The Harefield Academy school on a permanent Term Time only basis as a Cover Supervisor.

You will have:   

  • We are looking for individuals with good literacy and numeracy skills, who can promote a supportive atmosphere for our students so that they achieve their best.    
  • Good communication skills, an observant eye and attention to detail are essential.    
  • You will need to have a calm nature and work effectively in a busy environment.  
  • As a Cover Supervisor, you will need a good standard of education and enjoy working with young people, so you can help and support students aged 11-16 years of age in the classroom.
