Cover Supervisor

Longfield Academy are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join their dedicated team as soon as possible who provide full support to the staff and students. The successful candidates will ensure the good behaviour of our students and to ensure students engage in their learning during short-term absence of teachers. Cover work will be supplied wherever possible for you to use as a basis for the lessons and we will also determine your subject specialisms with you as a preference. Excellent inter-personal skills are required for this post as our successful candidates needs to demonstrate that they can build good rapport with staff and students alike. 

Please note that whilst previous experience within an education environment is desirable, full training will be provided for successful candidates.

​​​​​​​This is a permanent opportunity, 32.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset. The actual salary is £15,706 per annum (£20,789 full time equivalent).
