Cover Supervisor

The Constellation Trust CEO & Board of Directors are seeking to appoint to the following post:

Cover Supervisor

Salary:          Grade 6

Contract:      Term time only, plus 5 additional training days (195 days), 32.5hrs a week       

Start date:     ASAP

The role:

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic & friendly Cover Supervisor to join our Cover Team at Sirius Academy West. In this role, will be responsible for providing high quality supervision for students during lessons when a member of staff is absent.

The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic and very busy environment, when ‘thinking on your feet’ is often required using their own initiative whilst working alongside staff and students to ensure that all lessons are of a high standard.

This is a role that would suit a flexible individual who enjoys a very hands-on and multi-tasking approach to the working day and is an ideal opportunity for the candidate to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the cover provision of the school ensuring the success of our students.
