Actual Salary: £24,597 - £26,681

Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 1 Working Week

 

Little London Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague for the role of Cover Supervisor. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of the Senior Leadership Team and will be expected to work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/ work plans as appropriate and providing classroom cover for short term absences.

 

Potential applicants should have:

·      GCSE Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

·      Experience of working with young people.

·      The Ability to adapt to different abilities, key stages, subjects and situations.

Little London Academy formally joined The Gorse Academies Trust in February 2024.

GORSE have established a long-standing culture of excellence where ‘high challenge, high support’ is commonplace.
