Grade E (SCP 7-11)

If you like working with groups of young people and know how to get the best from them, then we would love to hear from you.
You will need to be experienced and enthusiastic, familiar with the secondary school context, and have the skills to manage safely classroom activities in a secondary school. You will understand and be able to use a wide range of strategies to ensure that our students are engaged with their learning, and help us to bring out the best in them.

This role is an excellent preparation for Teacher training or Youth Work, and Graduates looking to explore a career in teaching would be welcome to apply.
The post is permanent to start on 1 September 2021, term time only including INSET days. The hours are 32 per week between 8.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
