Position: Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an important role in maintaining continuity of education by supervising classes when teachers are absent. This position does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in education or gain valuable experience working within a school setting.

Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage groups of students effectively
- Basic organisational skills and reliability
- Ability to follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff
- A positive attitude towards supporting student learning and behaviour management

About Poole Grammar School

Poole Grammar School is a boys’ 11 to 18 selective Single Academy Trust based on the beautiful south coast of England in Poole, Dorset, with approximately 1,200 students. We have been educating students for more than 120 years and our students continue to achieve outstanding results year on year.
