At Oaks Park High School, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Cover Supervisor to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with the work provided.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching.
It offers a fantastic opportunity to gain real classroom experience, build your confidence in managing pupil behaviour, and develop essential skills in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
You’ll be working closely with teaching staff, supporting the smooth running of lessons, and playing a key role in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable, as is a genuine commitment to their education, welfare and personal development.
