Salary: £18870 - £20541 pro rata (£15725 - £17118) Hours: 37 hours per week, term time
Are you considering a career in teaching or working with young people?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to supervise classes across all key stages during the short-term absence of the assigned teacher.
You will deliver work set by subject leaders, manage students’ behaviour effectively to ensure that they are on task and working to the best of their ability, promote a positive learning environment and provide written feedback where necessary. This post would be ideal for a graduate who is thinking about a career in teaching or who has experience of the education sector but would like a new challenge.
