We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and hardworking Cover Supervisor to supervise lessons when teacher colleagues are absent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has had previous experience in education or may be considering going into teaching in the future.
You will play a key role in supporting students in their lessons, ensuring they complete work that has been set and helping them develop as independent learners whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will have high expectations of behaviour and discipline and you will have the ability to create a positive learning environment for all students to achieve.
Excellent communication skills are essential and the need to be flexible and adaptable.
