Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a reliable and flexible individual to join our Associate Staff Team. 


As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes during short-term absence, and escorting students around college site. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress into a teaching career in the future.


Our most recent Ofsted report (2018) described us as a “Good college” where “Staff are positive about the training, coaching and guidance that they have received from school leaders”.

 

The successful candidate will be:

 

·Able to communicate effectively with individual and large groups of students.

·Able to work well as part of a team,

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of our Person Specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS check. A prohibition from teaching check and an online search will also be completed for all applicants.
