Cover Supervisor

The Skills Hub and Young People’s Academy are both secondary co-educational establishments for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, based in Hillingdon.

The Skills Hub is an alternative provision predominantly working with students who are at risk of or are, permanently excluded from mainstream education; Young People’s Academy is a special school for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and other co-morbidities such as ADHD and Autism. Both schools aim to provide a therapeutic environment to support young people’s academic journey and psychological wellbeing.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with students that present with mental health needs and challenging behaviours and can be flexible working across two sites. 36 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 training days.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to work within education, health and social care.
