We are seeking to appoint a Cover Support, Examinations and Education Support Manager, on a two year contract in the first instance, based at our CATE Centre in Brentford TW8, to support teaching and learning at Woodbridge Park.  The role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual, able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.  The post is 36 hours per week term time only (39 weeks per year), plus 2 days to be worked on exam result days.

You will have:-

• Experience of working with students with SEN, including Social, Emotional and Mental         
       Health (SEMH)  

• the ability to inspire and motivate students

• a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young
       people

• A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to train 

• Team Teach trained, or willingness to train and use as required

• A proven ability to work on their own initiative

• A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and
       adults

• The ability to use relevant technology/equipment

• A can-do attitude

• The ability to ensure confidential levels of professional administrative support to make
        a positive contribution to supporting the service in achieving the strategic vision of
        the service
