Are you a dedicated and highly motivated Higher Level Teacher Assistant (HLTA) or an Unqualified Teacher (UQT) with a passion for special needs intervention?

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate seamlessly with Teachers to deliver targeted special needs intervention

·        Lead interventions

·        Lead small group sessions addressing specific learning needs within a supportive environment

·        Provide personalised one-to-one support to pupils with special educational requirements

·        Step in confidently to cover classes in the absence of the Teacher, adapting to diverse learning needs

·        Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages and enhances the learning experiences of all students

Requirements:

·        Hold a Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or have experience as an Unqualified Teacher

·        Demonstrate prior experience working with special needs in Primary School settings

·        Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in adapting to diverse learning needs

·        Display a positive and proactive attitude towards special needs intervention

·        Showcase the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

·        Exhibit a genuine passion for education and helping children with special needs reach their potential
