Sedbergh School are seeking to appoint a Cricket Graduate Assistant to assist with the delivery of the school’s outstanding sporting provision. This post is ideally suited to an outstanding graduate or placement student who has played or coaches cricket to a good level and who would like to gain more experience working within a school sporting environment. 

The ideal candidate would have the ability to challenge and develop the most able cricket players within the school through individual and small group coaching, as well as nurture and develop teams across all age and ability groups within the school. Whilst this role is seeking a cricket enthusiast, experience coaching hockey, athletics, tennis or strength and conditioning is advantageous. Sedbergh is a full boarding school with a thriving sports programme, but also excellent pastoral care within the boarding community, which our graduate assistants are key contributors to.
