In the new academic year, each school will serve over 1500 students and more than 3,000 at capacity. Other new school projects (to open over the next 4 years) are currently in development.

About the role

Working from our head office in central Shanghai, the successful applicant will join a dynamic team of curriculum, training and quality assurance specialists supporting our growing network of independent schools.

In the schools, this is delivered by both expatriate teachers in English and by Chinese teachers. Training in best classroom practice and effective delivery of the programme is delivered to teachers in workshop sessions or small groups. A tailored development programme for trainee Chinese teachers provides an opportunity to support talented young teachers through their first year of employment. Formal review of the quality of teaching and learning in each school is carried out as a team.

The international market for Chinese students has seen phenomenal development over the past 10 years and that progress continues. Dipont has been at the heart of this development and continues to be an innovator in the field. This is an extremely exciting and rare opportunity for a talented practitioner looking to take the next step.
