We are currently seeking two Curriculum Area Leaders within Loughborough Sixth Form College to manage academic provision within the College. The Curriculum Area Leader will be responsible for inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to achieve excellence in all aspects of Loughborough College targets. The Curriculum Area Leader will contribute towards the college objectives and lead outstanding quality and responsiveness in teaching, learning and assessment, curriculum design and delivery and the experience of the learners. The post holder will have successful experience as a teacher, with wide knowledge and experience of planning, organising and delivering a diverse and creative curriculum. The Curriculum Area Leader will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet learner expectations.

To be considered for this management position you must be able to demonstrate significant A Level teaching experience within a Further Education environment. Demonstrating experience in the design and delivery of imaginative and innovative teaching and learning methods. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of successfully developing, inspiring, challenging and motivating teams and individuals to deliver teaching excellence. You will be able to confidently lead and coordinate the work of teams and individuals to meet challenging targets and to develop innovative new ways to meet changing needs and expectations of learners and employers.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively with a range of partners and cross college departments to deliver the co-ordination of services and support to learners and staff and maximise progression opportunities.
