What you’ll be doing…
• leading a team of lecturers and work-based assessors
• measuring the performance and effectiveness of the curriculum
• monitoring, tracking and ensuring the continued success and achievement rates of our engineering provision
• deliver sessions within your subject of expertise
• supporting, training and mentoring the next generation of engineers at our state-of-the-art Technology Centre in Monkerton (near M5 junction 29), and on site with a range of employers
• You may also have a caseload of students to visit in the workplace, so there’ll be lots of variety
