Within the range of £35,289 - £39,624 per annum pro rata

 

This is an excellent career opportunity to join the management team at Suffolk New College. This role will require you to lead on the operational aspects of the Inclusive Learning curriculum area at our Suffolk Rural campus (Otley)

 

Working closely with the Director, you will pro-actively support staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience.

 

You will therefore need to be able to demonstrate:

 

  • Expertise in the curriculum area of the role and have experience of working with young people aged 14+ with inclusion needs ( SEND);
  • Ability to build and develop sustainable relationships with stakeholder and external agencies;
  • Creative, solution focussed and innovative approaches, which deliver an exceptional learner experience and learner outcome;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

 

As part of this role you will also be required to undertake some teaching hours, therefore you should also be able to demonstrate proven teaching expertise in a related subject area and a profile of outstanding or good lesson observations.

 

*This post is based at Suffolk Rural campus in Otley however please note that as Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site, you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
