As the Curriculum Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and designing programme curricula to meet the needs of a range of school leadership programme members. You will make sure that all design work is evidence-based and informed by up-to-date developments in the sector.  

  • Do you have QTS or equivalent and demonstrable experience working as a teacher in school?
  • Do you have experience in designing learning experiences for (trainee) teachers?
  • Are you familiar with up to date research and evidence in relation to teacher development?
  • Do you have experience of a school leadership responsibility?
  • Do you have a track record of managing time and priorities effectively?
