AS PART OF OUR TRUST EXPANSION WE REQUIRE THE ABOVE
Maiden Erlegh Trust is an exciting place to work where we focus on high quality teaching and learning, ensuring all students receive a high quality education. You would be joining a team of experienced and supportive Design and Technology specialists who deliver a range of disciplines within the subject area.
Our results are consistently well above national and students from different backgrounds and of different abilities thrive. In 2016, Maiden Erlegh School Progress 8 score was +0.41 and attainment at Key Stage 4 is typically above the national average.
Professional development is a strength and we offer a flexible CPD programme which staff can tailor to their own needs. We welcome applications from new and experienced middle leaders and we have a proven track record of supporting ambitious staff to senior leadership posts and Specialist Leader of Education roles through our Teaching School. In our Trust there are also school improvement opportunities, including working with other schools.
Staff wellbeing is a priority and a key factor in school improvement decisions. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements including part-time working and job-sharing.
Visits to one or both of the Trust schools are warmly welcomed so that you can meet us and see our facilities and how we work. Maiden Erlegh Trust is currently made up of two oversubscribed schools within 1.5 miles of each other.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding, equal opportunities and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
