37 hours per week. Temporary for 1 year

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead, inspire and motivate staff and learners. You will have the skills to innovate a responsive curriculum, ensuring that partnership and marketing activities are effective, and identify opportunities for growth and development in line with local and national, adult and community learning priorities. You will understand the context of designing targeted provision to widen participation, meet the needs of disadvantaged learners, overcome barriers which cause exclusion to learning and create pathways to support gaining employment. This will include JCP partnership Sector Based Work Academies, Vocational Skills for Work and Digital Literacy. You must be able to promote the provision and demonstrate a proven ability to co-ordinate all aspects of the provision, including the effective management of resources. Job ref: 12-17
