Based in Leeds- working across Yorkshire and Humber.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, highly motivated and inspirational Curriculum Leader for English to lead our successful and talented team of teachers and tutors. We are looking for someone who will earn the respect of our talented staff and learners through their professionalism, hard work, abilities and enthusiasm.

You will have responsibility for the management of our 8 English GCSE and Functional Skills teachers and tutors spending your time supporting, developing and nurturing them to deliver outstanding learning and achieving the best outcomes for our learners.

You will be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills, outstanding classroom practice and the ability to inspire and motivate staff. You will teach for up to 4 hours each week with the remainder of your time coaching, supporting staff and developing our curriculum and resources to provide an engaging and stimulating learning environment that is consistent across each of our 7 centres.
