Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen; therefore, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Business with the ability to teach outstanding economics, whilst leading our developing department.
You will ensure that our students are put at the heart of everything they do and are constantly at the forefront of new initiatives within the department, whole school and the wider community.
The Buckingham Secondary School has been awarded a “Good” Ofsted rating, which is only the start of what we can achieve. The school encompasses a rich and harmonious multicultural community and is committed to the development of all students, with the majority staying on in the sixth form.

As a Curriculum Leader, you must be extremely motivated, have high professional standards and a proven track record of success at GCSE and A level. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding practices and taking a leading role in developing and enhancing teaching and learning across the department.

The school prepares pupils very well for their future health and safety. Career advice is good.
