Job overview
For September 2019, we are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who is able to engage with and inspire others in order to further the progress of students in the MFL department. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leadership, and a passion for teaching and learning. In addition, you will have experience of delivering consistently excellent teaching across key stages. This is a full time, permanent appointment.
Applicants will be highly motivated and have a passion to ensure that our learners achieve the very best that they can at all times. The core purpose of the role will be to uphold the fundamental standards of pride, respect and achievement with all learners but also ensure that all students receive the highest standard of bespoke support.

We are seeking a driven individual who can lead the MFL department to provide the highest quality teaching and learning, with the best possible student support and the most appropriate and innovative curriculum.
The successful candidate will put teaching and learning first and be committed to providing a high quality and inclusive learning experience for all. Furthermore, they must be committed to the professional development of all MFL staff. The department comprises of 4 full time teachers and 1 part-time.
