Curriculum Leader for Science - Start Date Easter

Ursuline College are looking to appoint an ambitious, enthusiastic and passionate teacher with excellent subject knowledge to lead our science department and delivery of our key stage 3, 4 and 5 science curriculum. The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire, motivate and manage an experienced and committed team of professionals to ensure that our young people fulfill their potential by raising their expectations and the standard of student's attainment and achievement. 

Ursuline College is part of a cluster of three secondary schools within the Kent Catholic Schools Partnership multi-academy trust which provides the opportunity and encourages the development of effective working relationships with colleagues in the other schools so that our students can realise their full potential. 

You do not have to be Catholic to apply for this post as we accept applications from people of all faiths and none. The successful candidate will however be required to undertake a DBS enhanced disclosure check prior to the start of employment as Ursuline College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
