About the role:
This is a Management role within the Centre Curriculum Management Team, responsible for leading teaching & learning in order to implement the aims and objectives of the College Strategic Plan and to teach, assess and administer assigned classes, groups or courses.
About you:
You must have appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in supported learning sector or substantial vocational experience you will have a teaching qualification. The ability to motivate and lead staff, Successful course or team leadership experience involving the co-ordination of curriculum development and innovation. Have knowledge of HNS and ensure that the relevant tracking and recording takes place for HNS within Supported Learning area.
to act as first line manager for designated staff, ensuring that staff are effectively managed, deployed and developed and that the College's strategic and operational targets are achieved as well as being able to lead the development and delivery of an innovative and visionary curriculum, ensuring that the curriculum portfolio is effectively managed, developed, reviewed and consistently improved
