The Trust wish to appoint a highly motivated and outstanding practitioner to join our school community. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated & enthusiastic leader with ambition to join our Maths Department. A creative & dynamic approach to teaching and an ability to enthuse others would be highly valued. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of National Curriculum for Maths at KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate should also be able to communicate a deep and genuine interest in finding ways to involve young people in learning.

There is an option of a recruitment and retention payment for an exceptional candidate which can be discussed at interview.

At SEACA, we are always looking to develop future leaders. For candidates that are interested in Senior Leadership in the future, there will be an opportunity to lead a whole school initiative under associate SLT responsibilities. This will form part of a coaching model for Senior Leadership and will offer the candidate an opportunity to evidence whole school impact outside of the field of Maths. This is not a requirement of the role but can be discussed at interview.
