Court Moor School is a high-achieving 11-16 comprehensive school in Fleet with a fantastic reputation and sky-high ambition. With the highest 9-5 basics and A8 in Hampshire, we are privileged to work with bright students and talented staff. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to lead our successful science department to greater heights. 

Our over-subscribed school has the privilege of teaching students who are amongst the highest attaining at KS2 in Hampshire with a high APS on entry - our challenge is to maintain and accelerate their progress.

Science is a successful and popular subject taught by a team of specialists supported by a strong team of technicians. The results are excellent, with an average of 83% A*-C in core and additional science – 20% at A/A*. Triple science results are similarly strong. The department is also in the upper quartile for progress.

We are looking for a passionate, ambitous teacher of science with strong management potential who relishes the challenge of developing the teaching and results even further.
