Salary: £36,356 - £43,395 per annum
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and creative manager for the curriculum areas of Business, Travel and Tourism and Hospitality.
The Successful candidate will be passionate and committed to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience. Joining us as a Curriculum Manager, you will have the opportunity to apply your own initiative to ensure the continuous improvement, development and growth of this area in line with the College’s Strategic Plan.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of raising the overall standards of teaching, learning and assessment in their area of expertise. A business studies background would be an advantage but not essential. It is anticipated that you will be able to develop and effectively manage an innovative full and part time curriculum including bespoke courses for business and the community.
The successful applicant will be accountable for quality improvement in the curriculum area, setting and monitoring targets and managing teaching and support staff effectively. They will also have a relevant degree and/or professional qualification and a formal teaching qualification.
