Salary: £11,576 per annum 

 

Contract Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed term for 18 months. 

 

Location: Paignton, Devon 

 

We are recruiting for two apprentices to support the Apprenticeship team with providing high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and meeting and greeting of potential apprentices.  

   

You will take internal and external enquiries providing exceptional administrative and customer service support and have daily duties which will involve working closely with staff across college. You will be provided with supervision and support.  

  

The postholder will participate in a formal training course, undertaking Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship. 

 

The successful candidate will have Maths and English or equivalent at grade 2 or above, with excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate with staff and the public on the phone, face to face and via email. You will need to be reliable, enthusiastic and driven to achieve your apprenticeship.
