An exciting opportunity has become available within our Corporate Administration Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of high quality clerical and administration duties as part of the Business Support Administration team and will be based primarily at our Baltic Campus. The post holder will work alongside the Quality Manager to ensure that all aspects of HE provision are tracked and monitored centrally.
Excellent communication skills and experience of customer service delivery are essential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with a wide range of people including managers, staff and external organisations.
You must possess at least an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and hold or have a willingness to work towards a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in functional skills (Literacy and Numeracy) and an IT qualification at level 2 or equivalent.
