CYNNYDD TRANSITION AND RETENTION COORDINATOR
To support the effective transition and retention of young people at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) and to deliver activities and intervention strategies to support the needs of students at risk of leaving College.
Rate of Pay: Scale 4, Points 21 – 24, £20,139 - £21,918 per annum pro rata
(equivalent to £9,797 - £10,662 per annum)
Hours of Work: 18 hours per week (may include early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract: Part time, fixed term until 30 September 2022 (with a possibility of an extension).
Location: NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Afan College to provide support at Afan and Neath colleges).
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a level 4 qualification in relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics and be IT literate equivalent to level 3.
