Dacorum Schools’ Partnership Manager

Salary: M2 (£17,509 - £18,786 actual salary)

20 hours per week, term time only 

3 year contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with creativity and initiative to work with schools across Dacorum (Hemel Hempstead, Herts) as a Partnership Manager. 

Your role will be to develop the delivery of local services through effective partnership working and evaluate services being delivered on behalf of the partnership. You will also develop a strategic approach to meeting special educational needs across Dacorum.

You will have a range of skills including:

· Business Management and Development

· High quality communication

· People Management

· Performance Evaluation

You will need a willingness to work directly with schools, services, parents and a range of professionals. You will need experience of working in the local community.
