St Mary's College is seeking a Data Administrative Assistant to deliver information to various people within the College community and at times external organisations.
In this role you will be required to update, maintain and manage information on various databases. You will also ensure all reporting is accurate and comprehensive, which involves gathering and amending information and delivering well presented reports. You will be required to oversee student progression through data. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

To be successful in this role you will:

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 3, Step 1 - $27.65 per hour

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
