The school is located in Hambledon, close to Witley, Milford, Guildford and Godalming.

St Dominic’s School is part of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT), a specialist Trust with 12 Academies and seven College Centres across London, Surrey and Sussex.

At St Dominic’s we believe passionately in a multi-disciplinary, ‘needs led’ approach to meeting each child’s and young person’s needs, resulting in carefully managed groupings, including specialist intervention work from our in house therapeutic team.

The school works closely in partnership with families, referring authorities and external agencies to co-ordinate the best possible education, care, guidance and support for its pupils and students.

We are seeking to appoint a Data Analyst and Systems Support Administrator to work as part of our Administration Team. You will have significant experience of working with our school management information system, SIMS. You will be responsible for the creation of reports in line with Ofsted requirements for pupil related information as well as extracting and manipulating data using excel for our Senior Leadership Team, Education and Therapy teams. As well as using our information systems to support our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils and students, you will create and maintain timetables as directed by the Head of Education.

You will need to be able to work with our in house assessment system, SAVI. SAVI is a cloud-based application that measures the progress of pupils and students using ‘learning and thinking skills’. You will need to be confident and competent in liaising with the software developers and education leaders on any maintenance or development work in the system. You will need to run regular data extracts to inform reporting and manage users of the system.

As well as excellent analytical and interpersonal schools, you will be able to present information in a logical, clear and concise format and communicate this effectively to colleagues. You will also need to manage your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
