We are looking to appoint a Data Analyst to work within the Twyford Trust’s Data Team, supporting the data function at the four schools in the Twyford Academies Trust. The Trust’s schools are Twyford CE High School (Acton), William Perkin CE High School (Greenford), Ealing Fields High School (South Ealing) and Ada Lovelace CE High School (Ealing).
The main purpose of this role is to support the raising of standards and the efficient running of our schools through the provision of an excellent data and information service to the Trust. Key responsibilities include recording and maintaining accurate data on student information systems, clear and accurate reporting of this data, and the provision of day-to-day information and support at Trust schools.
This role will suit someone with excellent data entry/ICT skills, an excellent standard of numeracy and the ability to work quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will also have good interpersonal skills and be highly organised. The role is primarily be based at Twyford School although there will be a requirement to also work at the other schools in the Trust. Although advertised as an all-year-round role we may be able to offer this term-time-only for the right candidate.

Successful Candidates will have:
- Educated to A Level or degree desirable.
- GCSE passes in English and Maths or equivalent are essential.

- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workload.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong ICT skills, including use of spreadsheets and databases.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance.

Twyford CE Academies Trust
The Twyford Church of England Academies Trust (TCEAT) is a compact CoE MAT which comprises four schools in the London Borough of Ealing. The Trust was established in October 2011 to enable an existing School, Twyford CE High School, to build on its successes and look outward to the large number of parents who were eager to become part of its community. Over a 10 year period it launched three new schools Ealing Fields, William Perkin and Ada Lovelace all of which have achieved progress outcomes ranking them in the top 1% of schools nationally, making TCEAT the highest attaining Trust in the UK.
