Job overview

We are looking for a Data and Administration Assistant who is organised, efficient with a track record for providing an excellent admin and data service. Applications are invited from candidates who can demonstrate that they meet the essential criteria for the role and have a keen interest in both data and administration. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about the post, have exceptional communication skills and be highly competent in the use of Microsoft packages.  

Hours: 36 ¼ hours per week, Monday to Friday

7:45am to 3.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)

Term Time Only, plus up to one additional week (overtime is paid for the additional week worked) 

Grade: Scale Point Range, Points 5-6 (NJC Scales)

(£19,312 - £19,698 pro rata, actual salary £16,341 - £16,668)
