Job overview

The role of the Data and Assessment Administrator is to support the Director of Studies and wider staff with the management and analysis of assessment and school data.  Good data analysis and interpretation is used to support pupil progress and attainment – the Data and Assessment Administrator will play a pivotal role in this process.  


A proactive and forward thinking individual, with strong IT data and analysis skills, and who can demonstrate initiative and work in advance of deadlines would be suited to this role. This role will suit a candidate who is able to work both independently and part of a wider team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.   


The Data and Assessment Administrator will identify ways to make processes work efficiently with a focus on whole school improvement and communication. 


The role is between 28 – 35 hours per week Monday - Friday term time plus INSET days and an additional 10 days during school holidays.    Further details can be found at Rowan Preparatory School
